CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at hello@threethree.in with your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. The refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status. Incase you require further information you can contact our Customer Care Team at hello@threethree.in.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY STORE CREDIT/VOUCHER?

Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

We have free shipping across India for all orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

WILL ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN THE SAME BOX?

We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product, store credit or refund. We adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If the product purchased during any promotion period or sale, return/exchange is eligible for store credit only.

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?

If you opt for a credit voucher, you will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid forever. If you opt for a refund, It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at hello@threethree.in and we will take care of the rest.

DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE ?

No, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will be sure to reimburse an additional Rs. 100 in the form of store credit.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@threethree.in . We will need the order number , products you wish to return and the reason. We will take care of the rest from there.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It will take 15 to 20 working days for you to receive a replacement, store credit or refund.
