ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched, you can request a change or cancellation. Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@threethree.in or +91 82982 99333 with your order number at the earliest, as some orders are shipped immediately.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
While it’s rare, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our Customer Care Team will get in touch. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.

How can I check the status of my order?

How do I redeem my store credit or voucher?
Enter your voucher code during checkout. The amount will automatically adjust against your total bill.

 


 

SHIPPING

Is there an additional shipping charge?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
We also offer international shipping—charges for the same can be shared upon request. Please contact us at hello@threethree.in or +91 82982 99333.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery takes 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

Will all the items in my order arrive in the same package?
Yes, we aim to ship all items in a single package for your convenience.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Which items are eligible for return or exchange?
We offer returns or exchanges on most items. You must inform us within 3 working days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items bought during sale or promotional periods are eligible for store credit only.

How will I get my money back?
You may choose a credit voucher (with no expiry) or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 10–15 working days to reflect.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
If this happens, email us within 48 hours at hello@threethree.in or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 82982 99333 with supporting images. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Do you offer reverse pickup?
Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup. Please courier the product back to us at your own cost—we will reimburse ₹100 as store credit.

What is the process to return a product?

How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 6 working days for us to process your return and issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.
