CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at hello@threethree.in with your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. The refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
