General Policy

At Three|Three, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We currently only accept pre-paid orders and offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for most products under the following conditions.

 


 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Not in love with your order? No problem — you may request a return or exchange, no questions asked.
Of course, if you’ve received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll make it right.
We always welcome your feedback to help us improve.

 


 

Return Intimation Window

  • You must intimate us within 3 working days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Any damaged, defective, or missing items must also be reported within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be processed:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and sewn labels intact.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
  • Items bought during sale or promotional periods are only eligible for store credit.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • We do not offer reverse pickups at the moment.
  • Please ship the product back to:

  • Once we receive your return and it passes our quality check, we will initiate your chosen resolution.
  • We will reimburse ₹100 as store credit towards your return shipping cost.

 


 

Resolution Options

You may choose from the following:

1. Replacement – If the product is still available
2. Store Credit – Valid forever, usable on any future purchase
3. Refund – To your original payment method

 


 

Processing Timelines

  • Return/Exchange request review & quality check: 2–3 working days after receiving the returned item
  • Replacement/Store Credit/Refund processing: within 6 working days
  • Refunds may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account
