Refund Policy

REFUND

• Three|Three may at its sole discretion accept the Return irrespective of the terms of the policy.

• We have a 15-days Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us within 15 days of the products being dispatched. You are required to raise a return request on our Email Id: hello@threethree.in containing full details of the order and the products sought to be returned must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of dispatch.

• All return items are run past and must fulfill the parameters laid down by our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. We may in our sole discretion reject such returns.

• Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product, store credit or refund. We adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If the product purchased during any promotion period or sale, return/exchange is eligible for store credit only.

• If you opt for a credit voucher, you will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid forever. If you opt for a refund, It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

• It will take 15 to 20 working days for you to receive a replacement, store credit or refund.
