RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- A ‘Return’ may be understood to mean the action of giving back the item purchased by You on the Website, to Three|Three in the event the following situations which include but are not limited to the following arise:
(a) A defective or damaged product being dispatched by Three|Three
(b) A wrong product being dispatched by Three|Three.
- Three|Three may at its sole discretion accept the Return irrespective of the terms of the policy.
- We encourage you to review the returns and refund policy prior to making the decision to purchase the products. In the event you order a wrong item, you shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- We have a 15-days Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us within 15 days of the products being dispatched.
- You are required to raise a return request on our Email Id: hello@threethree.in containing full details of the order and the products sought to be returned must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of dispatch. Kindly ship the returned products to the below address:

- All return items are run past and must fulfill the parameters laid down by our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. We may in our sole discretion reject such returns.
- Return items must be undamaged and returned i) as delivered with all original tags and sewn labels intact ii) an unworn, unused state.
Return items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage or application is not covered by this returns policy and returns of such products will not be accepted.
- Any Special rules during sales or promotional offers might override this Returns Policy Please note: We must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order.
